Sidewinders planned the rotor pull down to the hour and executed it exactly as scoped. Their crew worked alongside our plant staff the entire outage and we came back online on schedule.
The stator and rotor rewind came back better than the original. Documentation, testing results and communication throughout the project were exactly what we needed for our reliability records.
We sent them a set of legacy poles nobody else wanted to touch. They reverse-engineered the coils, rebuilt every pole and had them back in the pit ahead of our outage window.
A critical drive motor failed on a Friday. Their shop had it torn down, tested and rewound faster than we thought possible, and it has run without an issue since.
